Celebrating Pride Month

To celebrate this month’s Pride in London, we will be holding a programme of activities to support our commitment to providing a positive and nurturing environment where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and other employees can be open about their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Organised by our BDP Belonging network, which represents all areas of diversity, activities will range from a series of virtual discussions via an open online forum led by our LGBTQ+ representatives, a Safe Spaces anonymous discussion and art competition which will both explore 'What does Pride mean to me?', a webinar to discuss allyship to the LGBTQ+ community and an inclusive email signatures initiative, which will explore why pronouns matter.
