Peabody, one of the largest registered providers in London and the South East of England, has appointed BDP to its Primary Consultancy Framework.
Our landscape architecture team won a place to provide landscape architecture services on our strength and experience in delivering landscape-led designs and masterplanning for new housing developments across the region.
The Primary Consultancy framework replaces Peabody’s Major Projects Panel, which was appointed back in 2014. We will now tender for up to £5m of associated landscape architecture services required to build much-needed new homes.
Martin Savage, Landscape Architect Director, said: “Peabody owns and manages more than 66,000 homes in London and the South East. It is an organisation that deeply understands the intricacies of housing development, maintenance and management.
Peabody understands that great housing requires imaginative urban spaces, lively parks and attractive settings, which enhance local areas and add value to communities. Our aspiration is to deliver this with the needs of tenants and local people at the centre of everything we do.
We are very proud to be associated with this framework and we look forward to bringing our user-inspired designs to much-needed new housing developments across the South.”
