The scheme comprises one of the largest residential developments planned for North County Dublin with the proposed construction of up to 1,000 apartments on a 15 acre site.
The scheme will be delivered in three phases with building heights ranging from 6-13 storeys, constructed over large basement car parking.
Phase 1 which comprises 280 apartments, in three separate blocks over basements, has been submitted for planning as part of a strategic housing development (SHD) application.
The proposed development will also include the provision of public, communal and private open space including courtyard areas, terraces, balconies and playground areas. Public realm improvements include the provision of footpaths, road widening, cycle infrastructure and landscaping works throughout. Provision of a new distributor link road and pedestrian cycle track, from east to west, will provide access to the proposed development and adjoining lands. Associated works include hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, associated site development works, green roofs, signage, services and substations.
Civil and structural engineering
