Trent Bridge Quays (Phase One)

Facts

Location Client Cost Completion
Nottingham, UK Elevate Property Group £15 2020

Project details

The first phase of the development will regenerate a disused industrial area along Meadow Lane and the former Diary Crest site, adjacent to the River Trent. Houses, apartments, micro duplexes and retail units form part of the scheme, including a new public promenade along the river for pedestrians and cycles. Pocket parks and intermediate routes through the site will link back to Meadow Lane opening up the river frontage to the public and 95 residential units have been constructed in Nottingham's Waterside Regeneration Area.

An existing covered culvert on site will be opened up as part of an ongoing EA strategy of de-culverting the watercourse to provide daylight and a more natural watercourse. The second phase includes the construction of 65 departments.
