Fit-out of offices for Yahoo! to accommodate 450 people (6,000m2) over three floors to include a range of departments including HR, Sales etc. Extensive IT Requirements.
This project involved the fit out of three floors off offices for Yahoo!.
The services required significant co-ordination as all services are exposed in order to compliment the architectural vision. A low energy design was required and achieving a low energy solution required not only a quality fit out design but negotiation with the landlord to establish improvements to the control of landlord plant. The completed result is an impressive display of perfectly co-ordinated, exposed services that produce a comfortable office environment with a proven low energy consumption.
