This office refurbishment project refocused the central atrium to become a new destination at the heart of the workplace, with a new concierge reception and improved connectivity. A prominent entrance is created underneath the arches of the original station facade. The project provides 22,000 sqft of Category A office space, along with the redesign and refurbishment of common facility areas within the building to achieve a BREEAM rating of Very Good. We delivered a comprehensive rebranding exercise including graphic wayfinding and building signage throughout the scheme.
