Enzo is an architect director in our London studio specialising in complex healthcare project leadership and delivery.
He has over 20+ years’ experience and specialises in the development of major international healthcare facilities from initial bid stage to completion. As a healthcare project leader, he has managed large teams with a focus on efficient delivery strategies and coordination ensuring buildability that meets project aspirations. Proactive coordination and collaboration are at the heart of his working practice and is key to championing success. His projects include the New Children’s Hospital in Dublin, Teaching, Trauma and Tertiary Care Centre (3Ts) for Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, St Mary’s Hospital campus redevelopment and in 2021 he assisted with the emergency creation of the NHS Nightingale Hospital at London’s ExCel Centre. Enzo is also a key member of the BDP ‘Implementation Focus Group’ helping to drive and develop technical standards and working practices across the multidisciplinary group.
