As Group People Director, Karen is responsible for the people strategy and frameworks that allow our people to develop and progress.

Karen has a wealth of experience that has been gained primarily in architectural design, engineering consultancy, and clinical research. Her role involves providing employee relations and human resources advice to our leadership, staff, and networks team to support an environment where everyone can achieve their potential.

She leads our HR profession and supports our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
