Akshay is a principal, leading the Bristol Studio and the Education and Workplace sectors for the region.
With over a decade of experience , he is passionate about working on projects within the city and the surrounding region. Over the years, he has successfully led diverse projects, including the University of Bristol’s Dental School, various projects for the University of West of England, and the International HQ for the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) in Reading.
Having previously led the Delhi and Abu Dhabi Studios, his international portfolio includes notable projects such as the masterplan for the Indian Institute of Technology in India and the University of Birmingham’s Dubai campus. His primary focus revolves around crafting design solutions which are user-centric, sustainable, contextual, and deliverable. He has fostered a close working relationship with clients ensuring clear communication resulting in the smooth delivery of projects.
