Dev brings a balance of creativity and pragmatism to his work, translating ambitious ideas into thoughtful, functional and enduring places. His approach is grounded in a strong understanding of how architecture, public realm and development strategy can work together to create complete communities. 

A Principal at BDP Quadrangle, Dev leads large and increasingly complex mixed-use, housing and transit-oriented developments across the Greater Toronto Area and Calgary. His work focuses on intensification around expanding transit infrastructure, where he collaborates closely with clients, municipalities and multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex planning conditions and deliver contextually responsive design solutions.

His portfolio includes Downtown Markham, a significant mixed-use community combining housing, retail, commercial and hospitality uses; 3300 Rutherford Road in Vaughan; Chelsea Maple Station, a transit-oriented community of mid-rise and high-rise buildings connected by a unified public realm; the award-winning adaptive reuse of the Bata Shoe Factory; and The Kingsway, a medium-density residential community in Etobicoke. His broader experience also includes Yonge-Sheppard Centre, The Forest Hill, 250 Lawrence and a range of multi-unit residential and mixed-use developments across the region.

Dev is actively engaged in the architecture and development community and has contributed to industry organizations including the Ontario Association of Architects and Urban Land Institute. He has served on ULI committees and mentorship programs and has participated in industry discussions on topics including brownfield renewal, geothermal energy, density and city-building. His work has received recognition through projects such as Bata Shoe Factory, Yonge-Sheppard Centre and Downtown Markham.
