Designed by BDP Quadrangle as both architect and interior designer, Gallery Towers reimagines the residential tower as a complete lifestyle environment. From arrival to amenity to private suite, each space is connected through a unified and carefully considered design language that elevates everyday living.

The arrival sequence sets the tone. Sculptural forms, vertical wood slat elements, stone surfaces and feature lighting define a series of elegant lobby spaces that feel more akin to boutique hotel environments than traditional condominium buildings. Soft curves and material continuity reinforce the architectural language of the towers, creating a seamless transition between exterior and interior. Reception areas and lounge seating are carefully composed to balance functionality with atmosphere, ensuring that arrival is both intuitive and memorable.

Throughout the building, amenity spaces are conceived as lifestyle destinations that support wellness, social connection and entertainment. A fully equipped fitness centre and studio provide an energizing environment defined by warm materials, integrated lighting and durable finishes, while adjacent wellness lounges offer quieter spaces for restoration. Social amenities, including dining lounges, party rooms and entertainment areas are layered with textured finishes, contemporary fireplaces and flexible furnishings that adapt from daily use to larger gatherings. A dedicated theatre introduces a more immersive, cinematic experience through darker palettes and acoustic detailing, while creative workshop spaces support hands-on activities within a refined setting.

Circulation spaces are treated with the same level of care as the primary amenity areas, extending the project’s restrained palette through gallery-like detailing, refined lighting and integrated signage. Corridors, elevator lobbies and washrooms create a calm and consistent transition from public to private space, reinforcing a cohesive resident experience throughout the building.

Within the private residences, a series of curated finish palettes allows residents to personalize their homes, ranging from light and contemporary to rich and dramatic expressions. Kitchens and bathrooms are detailed with contemporary cabinetry, integrated backsplashes and durable materials, ensuring interiors that are both timeless and practical.

By blending hospitality principles with residential sensibilities, Gallery Towers establishes a new benchmark for condominium living in Downtown Markham.
