BDP Quadrangle is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the growth of the Studio with well-executed tasks to support BDP Quadrangle’s overall business objectives. This is a varied and exciting position in which you will engage with different principals, sector leads and directors to support a range of bid and marketing processes.

Overview of the role and responsibilities
The Bid Coordinator will report to the Associate, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, and work closely with leadership throughout all studios. As an integral member of the work-winning team in a fast-paced, highly energetic and creative environment, the Bid Coordinator is responsible for supporting the firm with coordinating and monitoring work-winning information and activities, preparation of graphic bids and supporting the creation of marketing materials. The ideal candidate also establishes collaborative and productive relationships with internal team members and throughout the firm
- Prepares marketing information and written content to support bids, presentations and other digital assets;
- Supports with client, contact, project and bid records, preparation of pipeline status reports, input and maintenance of bid collateral on our Marketing Information Systems (Zoho CRM, OpenAsset, Deltek Vision.);
- Assists with maintaining the writing library, AI tools and project specific assets required for bids;
- Prepares background research on project opportunities, prospective clients and contacts;
- Preparing concise and informative meetings notes for internal and external distribution;
- Manages bidding portals, with timely communication of changes and client clarifications.
About you
- 2+ years of working experience in a business development, marketing role, or creative writing role, preferably in the AEC industry;
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Architecture, Design, English Literature, Administration or related field preferred;
- Sharp attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize and work within tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is mandatory);
- Excellent editing, proofreading capabilities and graphic skills;
- Experience or understanding of the architectural, design, real estate or construction industry, with keen interest of continuous growth and understanding the industry;
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to successfully work with colleagues;
- Strong eye for design and creative thinking is an asset.
