Visiting Practice Professor Inaugural Lecture

Chairman David Cash is one of the presenters for a Sheffield University Architecture Society evening lecture in the series Future Voices.  He is a visiting practice professor at the university and will join fellow practice professors Stephen Proctor and Andrew Matthews (Proctor and Matthews) who will discuss their experiences of running successful practices and the role of the architect in the future.

David will talk about the culture and philosophy of BDP and present some current and recently completed projects including the UK Pavilion,Milan Expo which will relocate to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew this summer, BoxPark Croydon, Alder Hey Children’s Healthpark and the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester.

BDP has also collaborated with the university on a new MArch course 'Collaborative Practice' developed with the university and a number of other leading architectural practices which allows students to study for their Part 2 whilst continuing to work for the practices in which they did their year out experience.
