Light School at Surface Design Show

When: 10th –  12th February
Where:  Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, Islington, London N1 0QH

Head of Lighting, Mark Ridler, is one of the contributors for Light School at this year’s Surface Design Show.

He will present Light Work – That’s the Task at 18.30 on Wednesday 11th February and will explore the latest thinking and techniques in lighting the workplace.  Mark is currently Lighting Designer of the Year and is greatly experienced in creating lighting for inspiring and effective workplaces.  He will illustrate his talk with recent projects including University of Essex Business School and 7 More London.

The aim of Light School is to provide architects and designers with education and knowledge about lighting design and lighting products. Light and Surface are inseparable partners and leading members of the lighting design community will explain how light works, why they love it and why the audience should too.
