Liz West, Artist in Residence at Light + Building 2016

Lighting director Colin Ball will host an IALD evening at BDP’s London studio to introduce light artist Liz West who will explain how she works across a variety of mediums, aiming to provoke a heightened sensory awareness.  She is particularly interested in exploring how sensory phenomena can invoke psychological and physical responses that tap into people’s deeply entrenched relationship with colour.  Tickets for the event can be booked by emailing emma@iald.org

Liz is also creating an installation for the IALD at Light + Building 2016 in the designers’ lounge where lighting designers gather to network during the show.
