Planning Approval for Luxury Dublin Hotel

A luxury 140-bedroom hotel in the heart of Dublin has been granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanála. The eight storey hotel makes the most of its tight urban site offering compact rooms amongst a signature external stepped terrace and a double height arrival space that provides a unique entrance for guests.

Construction will begin later this year and the project is designed to be one of the first hotels in the city to comply with the Near Zero Energy Building standards. We are providing the architecture, interior design, building services engineering, civil and structural engineering and lighting for this project which is due to complete in 2019.
