Project details

Refurbishment of 1980s buildings for an administrative HQ.

We provided open plan space with minimal closed offices to enhance internal communications and support company culture.

We designed a flexible interior including meeting pods with integrated cooling and lighting which can be relocated over a weekend.

By exposing the building structure and installing exposed chilled beams we balanced energy, maintenance costs and CO2 emissions.

We changed a mid 1980s development into a contemporary, greener’ environment and gave our client the inspirational space he wanted.

John Bear Interior design director
