Project details

Sheffield Hallam University campus masterplan is placed at the heart of the city and is a single, sustainable and flexible campus.

The masterplan delivers exceptional facilities and an estate that enables and encourages a new way of learning, researching and working. The campus will be consolidated with new builds planned alongside refurbishment and redevelopment of existing buildings, creating flexibility and variety to accommodate different student needs.

The first phase of the development includes four new accommodation blocks for a business school and teaching facilities for the Faculty of Development and Society. The investment also includes refurbishing the students union building, creating a University Green and addressing long term maintenance of the existing estate.
