The redevelopment for the Valhalla Business Centre located at the intersection of Bloor and The East Mall envisions a series of residential and commercial uses that blend into the existing and planned context of the area. The cornerstone of the proposal is a new public park that will be a gateway into this emerging and exciting neighbourhood, creating a diffuse edge between the project site and the larger community.
