Review of the year
As we wrap up this year’s Big Conversation, one message rings clear: we are better together as one BDP. To our clients and partners—thank you for the collaboration, expertise and innovation that have shaped a standout year. It hasn’t been without its challenges, but we’ve learned, adapted and come back stronger.
Today, more than a third of our work comes from outside the UK—proof that our global studio network delivers bold, intelligent design at scale. Our multidisciplinary origins still set us apart. Whether we’re creating future‑ready hospitals, reimagining learning environments, or shaping sustainable transport, we combine sector insight with deep collaboration to make places that work better for people and planet.
This year we launched The Good City with Nippon Koei—an integrated urbanism offer designed to tackle climate, health and housing with joined‑up thinking and global reach. We’re also investing in technology, design intelligence and AI to keep our solutions as resilient as they are creative. Every time we showcase our portfolio, it reminds us what’s possible when talented teams rally around a shared purpose.
Looking ahead, we’re optimistic. With the strength of Tokio Marine Group behind us and a growing community of global clients and collaborators, we’re ready for what’s next—using design as a force for good
