Project details

We developed a mixed use masterplan for Thailand’s leading retail developer on the site of a former textile factory. The project is on a key location at the junction of a major road and a potential future subway station in the northwest of Bangkok.

The proposals include a four storey 200,000 sqm retail and leisure mall as well as many other urban components such as hotel, office and residential units. The leisure and entertainment component will be some of the city’s best attracting a wide range of people and bringing a new, vibrant energy to the province. BDP took the project to RIBA Stage 3 in 2013.
