Project details

The masterplan is a mixed-use high density retail and residential development together with high rise office and ground level commercial uses. Located on a gateway site it aims to strengthen transport links and access and provide an identity for an emerging residential district.

The development includes 3,000 residential units, 135,000 sq m of office development, two 220 room luxury hotels, along with multi level shopping and leisure centre including basement car parking on a 22 ha site.

At the heart of the scheme is an ecological park that connects to the waterfront and is part of the interweaving of landscape, water and infrastructure.
