Project details

The first of its kind in Wales, the Ebbw Fawr Learning Community is a unique set of facilities presenting the opportunity for children to be educated from age 3 through to 16 on the same site.

The Learning Community is made up of 2 elements. The first is a nursery; Pen-y-Cwm, a 420 role primary school; a 150 role Special Educational Needs school and an integrated children’s centre. The 11-16 phase is a secondary school for 1200 students.

I'd like to add my thanks and appreciation to everyone for their commitment, hard work and dedication in delivery of the first key milestone in what will be a truly inspirational facility for the young people of Blaenau Gwent
